It’ Always Something = UP on Amazon.

Came back from supper and it’s up – at least in the US.

Wow! Eight books in and still getting better. Only wish you had more stuff out to spend my beer money on.

As usual it ended too soon and left me wanting more.

Back to waiting for the next book. Will it be April or Family law

Likely a stand alone. I have several well alone. Then FL, because it’s already started. Next April will take a turn at other characters more and not so much the ones hit in this one. It’s hard to fit everybody in – I’ve started too many I think. But people get all upset if you kill one off.

Yeah! Something new to read this week!

Bought and read. A nice treat!

A standalone might be nice. It’s hard to manage the same intensity of conflict with a large cast, especially when many of them are likable.

I appreciate Home for its view of libertarian paradise. It’s liberal in the old, classical sense. Rather Heinleinesque. Alas, probably not scalable beyond a small community.

My thanks for the book, I rather enjoyed it.

I was just wondering if anyone on home had thought to include limitations on the weapons one could chose in the duel… I mean there is a certain nasty type of person who might decide to see how many folks they could take with them and pick explosives or bio-weapons or something else that would be really bad to use on a hab.

Given the characters I’d figure they would act against that sort of foolishness without needing a law or regulation.

Heh… yeah a bit of earth think there I guess… if some idiot invites you to a duel at dawn with nukes just shoot the fool… just common sense really. ;p

Can’t remember the last time I was in Pasadena but here is where the damage would lie:

OK! Disneyland and Magic Mountain made it with slight blast damage … with LAX gone the lines will be shorter.

Great story as always Mackey!!! I really got to say that I LOVED it when April took Asuza aside and told her what would happen if Jeff got killed.

BTW, after everything that has occurred, WHY are the Earthies running the USNA so IDIOTIC?!
Or are they just uninformed? That multi-mile wide eventual lake in CHINA should clue them in eventually, right?

Who is the hottie on the cover?
Have you started on #9 yet?
    Will this begging ever stop?
