I’ve had a lot of e-mails asking why we were down. I’m still not sure exactly what I did to kill the site. I was trying to get it to show the stats on the site and did something it didn’t like.
The lady who maintains it just went through horrid personal circumstances and lost her husband. It wasn’t reasonable or decent to rush her to get it back up. She’s semi-retired, not taking new customers and overall doing me a favor to keep it up at all.
The biggest news delayed is I have print versions of both April and Family Law for sale in trade paperback.
Glad to see you back!
Been checking daily but didn’t email. Happy the site is back up and was concerned something happened to you.
Glad you are OK. I was worried there.
Good to see you back. Now back to work.
Welcome back. I missed your teaser segments from Family Law and April. Are you over half way done ?
Family Law 5 – which may be titled “Friends in the Stars” is well past 100k words. I generally like to make my books around 130k. My first book of each series was too big. I could probably split them now, but at the time it was beyond me. That would be a mess to try to do this late. It needs finished and sent to reader + a cover.
It will happen but I’ve been involved with lots of things like plumbing and health issues. I have a few chapters on April #11 too.
Excellent looking forward to reading them when available
I hope your lady blogsmith is doing well. I do appreciate her work in such a trying time.
I’m glad to see this is working again.
Yeah, it’s not like I pay her the Big Bucks.
Hello, I want to thank you for many pleasahours of reading. I am sorry to hear of your friend’s loss and hope you are feeling better. I am looking forward to Family Law 5 and I did not think that any of your books were too long. I am always sorry to get to the end.
Any new snippets?
I’ll look for one tomorrow.
Where are the paperbacks for sale? Would like to buy them. Can’t find them.
